Bronze Dragon Portable Headphone Cable for Focal Bathys
$195.00 USDThe Bronze Dragon Portable headphone cable is designed for listening on the go with headphones like the Focal Bathys, Sony WH-1000MX5, Sennheiser Momentum, and similar single entry connection headphones. The Bronze Dragon helps create a warmer presentation with bigger and fuller body, adding bottom end strength and muscle. Our Bronze Dragon Portable headphone cable is musical without becoming lush or bloated and features a very flexible cable that's perfect for on-the-go applications.
It features a more flexible design that is based on our IEM cable design. Sometimes your full-size headphones are on the small side and require a more subtle portable and flexible cable for your digital audio player, music player or MP3 player. It offers a more balanced sound with good bottom end weight to the sound. Get ready for a truly immersive listening experience that will make you fall in love with your headphones all over again!
Compatible with Focal Bathys Headphones
Quality You Can Trust
Most stock headphone cables are made of poor, ultra-thin conductors that work as a bottleneck for sound. Poor geometries, no shielding, rubber jackets, and a whole host of other issues in OEM cables can limit the performance of the headphone driver in terms of clarity and definition.
Dragon Cables are handcrafted from quality materials in Moon Audio's headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. All of our cables are created with ultra-pure, single-crystal silver and copper strands and engineered to provide the cleanest, most musical presentation. Our wire is void of impurities and crystalline boundaries, leaving nothing between you and your music.
Bronze Dragon Sound Signature
With a warm presentation, Bronze Dragon strengthens the bottom end without becoming bloated. Bass guitar and cello are full and immersive, creating a musical that's not too lush. The warmth and fullness of the Bronze Dragon create the muscle needed to round out a flat signature.

Cable Design
The Bronze Dragon portable headphone cable has 8 x 99.99998% UP-OCC Stranded Copper conductors per cable. Created in the proportions, copper helps add warmth to expand and strengthen sound from bass guitars, cellos, and deep vocalists like Barry White.
Designed for portable headphones, this cable features a single-entry design for use with the Focal Bathys, Sony WH1000-MX5, Sennheiser Momentum, and similar headphones from manufacturers like Bose, Ultrasone, and AKG.
Single-Ended Connections
Most single-entry headphones use a single-ended connector. While cables with balanced headphone connections may use balanced or single-ended amplifier connectors, this is not true of single-ended connections. Combining a balanced amplifier connector with a single-ended headphone connection can short the circuit and damage the amplifier. This is why the amplifier connections for this cable are limited to single-ended options.
Beware of single-ended to balanced adapters on Amazon. For balanced single-entry headphones, like the Oppo PM-3, contact us for a custom cable.
Hack Your Headphones
Dragon Cables are an easy do-it-yourself upgrade to your favorite headphones with detachable cables. With a wide array of connection options, a plug-and-play cable is just a few clicks away.
We also offer custom headphone hacks for your hard-wired cans, like many Grado, Sennheiser or AKG headphones. For more information on custom headphone modifications, visit our Hack Your Headphones portal.
